What is a Liquid Facelift?
As we all age, we naturally lose some of the collagen, elastin, and fat in our faces, starting in our 30s. The loss of soft tissue and bone mass results in volume loss that can drastically age our skin and make us appear older than we are. When we are young our faces look full and wrinkle-free because we have plenty of collagen and elastin. A Liquid Facelift is designed to reduce the visible signs of aging by using a combination of dermal fillers.
These fillers are used to improve:

Liquid Facelift Procedure
Dr. Devlin will prepare you for the injections by cleaning the area of injection with an antibacterial agent. Then, a topical numbing cream will be applied. The dermal fillers have a numbing agent in it so the pain is very mild. These injections will take only seconds, and the entire rejuvenation procedure will take only minutes to perform. Ice is applied after the treatment, and you will walk out of the clinic free to return to your normal activities immediately. The improvement in your facial lines and creases will be immediate, yet subtle.

How Long Does a Liquid Facelift last?
The length of time patients experience results will depend greatly on the specific injectables used. This could be anywhere from 9 months to as long as two years. Botox and Dysport tend to last 4-5 months. To maintain your youthful appearance, simply return for touch up sessions.
