Office Hours
Monday – Friday 8:30-5:00
Dr. Michael Devlin typically performs surgeries on Monday’s Wednesday’s and Friday’s. Since we understand that arranging for friends and family members to assist with your post surgical after care, every attempt is made to give you a range of dates to choose from for your surgery.

Telephone Calls
Please call our office during office hours for routine questions at 501-227-8811. Our staff will be happy to return your calls and discuss any questions you may have. If you have a medical emergency, call our office at (501) 227-8811 and press extensions 1049 to leave a message after office hours. Our medical personnel on call will return your call expediently.

For medical emergencies, call your nearest Emergency Room or dial 911.

Prescription Refills
Prescription refills will be honored during office hours only. Please have the name and telephone number of your pharmacy available when you call. Please be aware that due to the FDA’s new drug policy we are unable to call a narcotic pain medication into your pharmacy. You will be required to come to our office to pick up the prescriptions.

Consultations
Our consultations are scheduled with you in mind. This is a time to discuss the goals you have for yourself and talk with Dr. Michael Devlin to see if you are a good surgical candidate and what can realistically be achieved through surgery. Our consultations typically take at least an hour to complete. Please keep in mind that we have set this time specifically for you and ask for a credit or debit card to hold your appointment and a $65.00 fee will be applied at the end of your consultation. Please call us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your consultation. A $50.00 fee will be applied for patients that do not keep their appointments or call to reschedule within 24 hours of their scheduled time.

Cancellations
Should you be unable to keep an appointment, please call us as soon as you know of a change in your plans. This will allow us to reschedule your appointment for a convenient time, and also give an opportunity to someone else that may be on a waiting list for an appointment. There will be a $50.00 fee charged to your account if you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Pre-Operative Appointments
Once your surgery is scheduled, you will be required to attend a pre-operative appointment. During this time you will be instructed on risks and complications, post-operative care and prescription medications will be given.
*You will be required to have labwork drawn before your surgery. This lab work will need to be completed two days prior to your pre-operative appointment. Dr. Michael Devlin utilizes Quest Diagnostics for labs. Ten different locations throughout Arkansas, Memphis and Texas will be provided to you for your convenience.
